14 Cheap And Easy DIYs For Getting Organized

Posted on

Whether it’s my personal desk space at work or my office at home, I love to give it a little bit of creative flair. At home, my office doubles as storage space for random stuff as well as being home to all of my craft supplies. Let’s just say it often looks like a tornado tore through it.

I love little organization hacks that clear my desk and make my life a little bit easier. I do my best work when everything is perfectly placed. And when my workspace is clutter-free, it helps de-clutter my mind, too.

If you’re the type of person whose idea of organization is throwing everything into the closet when your friends come over, these organization hacks are for you.

But as long as youknow where it is, that’s all that matters, right?!

1. Use extra toilet paper rolls in a shoebox to organize cords.

I don’t know about you, but I have a ton of random cords that I’m too afraid to throw out even though I have no idea what they’re meant for.

2. Keep your cords organized using washi tape and a marker.

Isn’t it the worst when you unplug something, but it turns out you actually unplugged all the lights in your apartment instead? This will keep that from happening ever again.
